The land is 15,590 sq ft with the structure in the middle of the terraced hillside.  It is in Belmont, and on the main road,  perfect for easy walking into the harbor and to the best west coast beaches. 

Both the top and middle apartments are 1600 sq ft, which includes the incredible wrap around verandahs which were crafted by Bequia boat-builders.  Therefore the joinery and morticing of the railings is perfect.  Only first quality hardware was used in its' construction and everything has been kept in immaculate condition from the beginning.   The positioning of the building on the land has ensured utmost privacy.

The small bottom flat is 450 sq ft and arranged as a comfortable bed=sitter with a good open kitchen and large bathroom.  There are wonderful patios on either side for open living as well. 

The driveway is curved off the main road making entry and exit easy.  Recessed lights in the adjacent retaining wall make night access easy.  The house then is connected to the drive by a covered bridge, which leads directly to the top flat with and ample, greenheart stair down to the lower apartments.

All apartments are fully furnished for easy living with bathroom sinks and crockery from Earthworks Pottery, Barbados included.
